McConaughey Case Dismissed

Matthew McConaughey is sighing with relief after a Los Angeles judge dismissed claims by an obsessed fan that he had raped, drugged and tried to kill her. Ashley Moye, 39, filed the bizarre lawsuit alleging McConaughey had stalked her and attempted to murder her, but a judge has thrown out the case. In legal papers, Moye claimed this sweetheart and McConaughey were lovers when they were teenagers but they fell out when she dumped him for another man. She alleged they met years later while they were both studying Scientology in Hollywood, where this fella raped her after she refused to marry him. Moye also claimed the actor once attempted to knock her out with drugged milk and filmed the couple having sex and then handed the tape to his pals.
